本应用是一款借助人工智能帮助你学习英语的工具。你可以输入文字或图片描述生活中的瞬间，应用会生成对应的英语表达与学习素材。
你需年满 13 周岁方可使用本应用。若你未达当地法定成年年龄，应在监护人同意与指导下使用。
本应用的学习内容由人工智能自动生成，可能包含错误或不准确之处，仅供学习参考，不构成专业、教育或其他建议。你应自行判断其准确性，并对基于该内容作出的决定自行负责。
本应用本身（界面、代码、品牌）归 JUN LIU 所有。你输入的原创内容仍归你所有；为向你提供服务，你授予我们在全球范围内、非独占、可转授权的必要许可，用于处理该内容以生成学习素材。
如你发现应用内出现不当内容，可通过应用内「反馈与举报」或联系邮箱告知，我们会及时处理，包括但不限于移除相关内容或限制相关账号。
本应用按"现状"（AS IS）及"可用"（AS AVAILABLE）提供，我们不对其绝对无误、不中断、无病毒或完全满足你的特定需求作出保证。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不承担任何明示或暗示的担保责任，包括适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的默示担保。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们及关联方在任何情况下均不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害（包括数据丢失、利润损失）承担责任，无论该责任基于合同、侵权还是其他法律理论，即使我们已被告知可能发生此类损害。在任何情况下，我们对你的累计责任不超过你在过去十二个月内为使用本应用支付的金额（若为零对价服务，则为零）。
我们可能随时更新、暂停或终止部分或全部服务，或因你违反本条款而限制/终止你的访问。你可随时停止使用并在应用内删除账号与数据。
本条款的解释与适用受中华人民共和国法律管辖（不含冲突法规则）；若你所在地强制适用当地消费者保护法律，则以该地法律为准。因本条款或本应用引起的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，可提交有管辖权的人民法院解决，或由双方另行约定通过仲裁解决。
我们可能更新本条款，重大变更将在应用内或本页面提示并更新生效日期。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款；若你不同意变更，应停止使用本应用。
Welcome to Poplex ("the App"), provided by JUN LIU. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you learn English. You can describe moments from your life in text or images, and the App generates corresponding English expressions and learning materials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are below the age of majority where you live, use the App with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.
Learning content is generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. It is for learning reference only and does not constitute professional, educational, or other advice. Use your own judgment regarding its accuracy, and you are solely responsible for decisions made based on it.
The App itself (interface, code, brand) belongs to JUN LIU. Original content you submit remains yours; you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license necessary to process that content in order to generate learning materials for you.
If you encounter inappropriate content in the App, you can report it via "Feedback and Report" in the App or the contact email, and we will address it promptly, including removing content or restricting accounts where warranted.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted, virus-free, or fit for your particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of or inability to use the App, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the preceding twelve months (or zero, if the service was provided free of charge).
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, or restrict/terminate your access for violating these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account and data in-app at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction, or resolved by arbitration if separately agreed by both parties.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be indicated in the App or on this page, with the effective date updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you should stop using the App.
